Whether you're lacing up for your first match or returning for another season, there's a place for you in the Vikings family. As Port Macquarie’s Family Club, we welcome players, parents, volunteers and supporters of all ages and experience levels.

From Under 6s to Golden Oldies, our club offers a supportive and inclusive environment where anyone can enjoy the game — whether you're brand new or have years of experience. Registration is simple, player kits are included, and our social calendar is just as vibrant as our match days.

HOW TO REGISTER

All registrations are managed through Rugby Xplorer, either via their website or mobile app.

STEPS TO REGISTER

1. Visit the Rugby Xplorer website or download the app.

2. Create a profile for yourself or your child.

3. Choose your registration type: Player, Supporter, Volunteer etc.

4. When prompted, select Hastings Valley Vikings as your club.

5. Complete the registration form and payment.

6. Your official playing kit will be automatically processed, with gear delivered to you soon after.
